Unlock Bios Password Macbook Pro A1278

I need your help.

I have the following MacBook that I bought used, and the hard drive broke down. I now need to format it, and it's asking for a password, which I don't have.

The motherboard is 820-2936-B, and the unlock chip is the one in the photo; I can't perfectly identify it.

Could you please help identify the chip it and provide the unlock file?

unfortunately there is no way to unlock HDD password
only bios files can get unlocked

i don't think so
the problem is HDD itself which has password on it
