Hello, can you unlock my original BIOS, the one listed on here and on HP.com is making machine not turn on

Yes, that is the weird thing that the other ones say it is supposed to be 16MB.

But mine was 8MB, if you compare them they seem similar though

I think the file must be 16mb , Did you try any 16mb file ?

yes i tried the 16mb file from this website and HP.com but machine is not powering on

so i think the problem is not related to bios
check other parts of the board

the machine was working it just has bios pw, can you remove pw from original file?

not possible. we only have 16MB file for this model
