Problem with Endpoint Security Controller reported on Boot Screen

Hello, the notebook reports at each boot "There is a problem with the Endpoint Security Controller on this device. Please ask HP for maintenance" (translated from German). If I hit enter or after altering some Bios settings simply waiting 15 seconds the message goes away and the laptop boots...

bro i have seen this and i know it can be solved by replacing the motherboard. you are not helping me. this comes after programming the new bios to remove the password

so as you see the only way is replacing motherboard
how can i help when even HP website don't have any other solution !?

BECAUSE FOR EVERY PROBLEM AT HP WEBSITE THE SOLUTION THEY GIVE IS "REPLACE THE MOTHERBOARD"
