My computer has a BIOS pwd as well as windows has admin pwd.
I am unable to install anything as I cannot change boot sequence.
I have tried to press ESC key at boot & F10, but it
Does not proceed further it needs a PWD.

I have tried all possible options to reset, except opening the laptop & try pulling out the bios battery.

please help me if any one can.

You need program bios chip with universal programmer , ex: TNM5000
