Hello.
This laptop DELL LATITUDE E5540 with motherboard LA-A101P REV 1.0 A00 was turning on for 4 seconds without image and was shutting down.
After flashing bios and me bin files from Dr Bios it worked but it has 2 issues:
1) When powering on it shows dell logo after 10 seconds delay and then boots normally
2) The version of BIOS is A00, the first one from factory. The latest is A24 but it cannot be updated, it just reboots to update it and does nothing, it just boots to Windows again without updating it.
Can you give any solution? Maybe it needs to clear me region? I attach the original bios and me dump files.
